David A. Kolins, DVM

Gradauated from Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1996.  He is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, Association of Avian Veterinarians, Association of Reptile and Amphibian Veterinarians, Association of Exotic Mammal Veterinarians, American Association of Wildlife Veterinarians, New York State Veterinary Medical Association and the Long Island Veterinary Medical Association.  Dr. Kolins has been featured on the Discovery Channel and BBC television.

Gary J. Dattner, DVM

Graduated from Cornell University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1989.  He is a member of the American Verterinary Medical Association, New York State Veterinary Medical Association, Long Island Veterinary Medical Association, and the American Association of Feline Practitioners.  Dr. Dattner has completed numerous continuing education courses and regularly attends the North American Veterinary Conference.

Mara G. DiGrazia, DVM

Graduate from Cornell University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1996.  She completed a small animal medicine internship at Oradell Animal Hospital in 1997.  She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, New York State Veterinary Medical Association, Omega Tau Sigma, Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society, and the Society of Veterinary Opthalmology.  Dr. Digrazia has completed continuing education courses including Veterinary Ultrasound (basic and advanced) and Small Animal Opthalmology.  She is a former host of the talk radio show "The Pet Vet" and co-writes the newspaper article "Ask The Vet" in the New Hyde Park Marketplace with Dr. Hurowitz.

Joseph Deme, DVM

Graduated from the University of Veterinary Sciences at Budapest, Hungary, in 1988.  He is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and completed an additional clinical year at Iowa State University School of Veterinary Medicine.

Lauren Hurowitz, DVM

Graduated Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1996.  She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, New York State Veterinary Medical Association and the Long Island Veterinary Medical Association.  Dr. Hurowitz co-writes the newspaper article "Ask The Vet" in the New Hyde Park Marketplace with Dr. Digrazia.

Susan Whittred, DVM

Graduated from Cornell Univerity School of Veterinary Medicine in 2003.  She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, New York State Veterinary Medical Association, Long Island Veterinary Medical Association, American Association of Feline Practitioners, and the Association of Shelter Veterinarians.  Dr. Whittred received the American Association of Feline Practioners' award in 2003 for outstanding interest and ability in feline medicine and surgery.
